I am actually reviewing reviews of weight loss systems. I know basically what you need to do to lose weight, but I would prefer to find a way that is a lot more fun than the way that the Mayo Clinic and the Duke Weight Loss Center would recommend that you do it. I think one of the biggest reasons that I have been gaining weight in recent years, is that my metabolism is slowing down, and that really bothers me. I do not want to get fat, but it looks like I might not have a choice, unless I make some changes in my life. When I first changed my diet to lose weight, I just wanted to be healthier. Then as I lost weight and looked better in clothes, I wanted to not only be healthier but look younger and better. Muscle has a lot to do with the look of youth. I wanted to look good to my wife, and I wanted to feel good about the way I looked to other people. This is what got me initially interested in the program called the adonis golden ratio. I wanted muscle in place of the fat.

It was good to lose the flab, but the part that was missing was replacing it with muscle. I did not just want to be skinnier. Skinny does not look healthy to me. Less fat and more muscle looks healthy to me.
